If you are volunteering you must sign in at the school office first (if you are here during office hours). You also must sign in at the band room on the "pink list" just inside the band office. The pink list is usually outside the band room during events due to the numerous band students preparing to perform.
Please check your email account that was given on the student information paperwork (peach color sheet).
HOME GAMES
Meal volunteers arrive at school @ 3:30pm.
PIT and all other chaperones arrive at school (outside band room) @ 5:00pm.
There will also be a master chaperone/volunteer list posted outside the band room Friday before 5:00pm.
We depart school @ 5:45p for Spec Martin stadium.

I am currently working Volunteer Coordinator position along with my communications position and field parent.
Volunteer Coordinator is a fairly easy position, and since I have the hardest part already done it would be a great position to start by assisting me. Next year you would take over next for the next two years.
Please see me on the field, in the band room or at one of the home football games.
